Dr Aristides Matopoulos - Associate Professor at Aston University, formally worked with Williams Advanced Engineering to develop a tool to assess suppliers’ ability to upscale production in order to raise the competitiveness of suppliers in the UK. Aristides discussed if Covid-19 is a wake-up call for supply chains. Planning for next week, next month and next year.
Dr Brian Price – Lecturer at Aston University, previously Director at Ricardo for Driveline and Transmission, former Chief Engineer at Harley Davidson and former Director at Cosworth Engineering. Brian gave a talk on Crisis Change Management and Risk.
Tracy Sherratt - Business Development Manager at BCRS Business loans. Tracy gave feedback on how BCRS have worked with West Midlands businesses to access government laons to consolidate and transition.
